Thanks to Hnaef for his advice on incense burning.
However some minor further technical advice. It may be either through an inadvertent typographical error, a Freudian slip or a lack of awareness of incense-burning terminology. But when Hnaef refers to burning only one "thurifer" I'm fairly sure he means "thurible". I hope.
