Teaching pastors to read the Bible

Worth reflecting on. In a world where we can read 29 translations of the Bible before breakfast and 1,309 different commentaries on the Gospel of Luke.
Pastors who can't even read - what would they read first? (thanks to those cuddly Theophiliacs)

Obviously, my money would be on Moonrise Over Crawley Crossing. But some might need a more basic grounding in the faith before they ever reached that level of irony. Something like being able to read the Bible.
