As a former inhabitant of Epsom, remembering it, long ago, as a quiet country town with Georgian houses and trees in its High Street, I assume the exemption of its Beaker Folk has something to do with the recent non-event public protests? Thank you for the link to the C of E. I could hardly believe that this wasn't a fake or a practical joke. I suppose old age has made me "Disgusted (formerly) of Epsom".
