The fact there's a highway to hell & only a stairway to heaven says a lot about anticipated traffic numbers.I presume, as in Westminster, that there is a Cycle Lane to Purgatory. But it does make me think. It's quite easy to drive down a highway to Hell. But it's hard work to climb up a stairway to heaven.

The road to Hell is paved with good intentions. I guess they're something like cobbles.

ReplyDeleteWhat about disabled access? Is there a lift alongside the stairs or is compulsory healing applied at the base of the stairway?
ReplyDeleteThere is almost certainly a Stannah stairlift to heaven, considering the age if many who make the journey. But we all know that money can't buy you love and that God is love, yet she was buying a stairway to heaven and so was doomed to fail. Theology courtesy of Radio 2.
