Traditional Advent Activity

As sure as the days are shortening, every year Young Keith manages to fool a group of short-term pilgrims on the event of the first frosts of the year.
Last night, over a couple in the White Horse, he persuaded a group of week visitors that one of our Full Moon's Eve activities is dancing naked in the woods of Aspley Heath.  As the five of them cavorted across the clearing wondering where the rest of us were, the Beds constabulary turned up.  Just in time, as they were starting to suffer from hypothermia.  They're all recovering now.  But today's "The spirituality of broccoli" workshop is being postponed to let them recover from their ordeal.
And given the weather conditions, the charge of indecent exposure is being dropped for lack of evidence.  Meanwhile we're not letting Young Keith out of the Pebble Shed until he tells us where he's hidden their clothes.
Hope you're all ready for the great event tonight.  The Full Moon coinciding with the Grand Lighting of the Bling.  Doesn't happen that often.  I'm really looking forward to seeing what colour the giant inflatable George Hamilton is when he's switched on.
