Here, the post office has made themselves obsolete and he's right about checks. Newspapers here already charge for their online version - nytimes gives you 10 free articles per month after that a charge. None of my daughter's friends would even consider a newspaper print copy and nobody I know have landlines anymore. He nailed it pretty well.
